As our PMO, you will be responsible to drive critical strategic initiatives towards corporate development within the regional logistics business. The role will require deep understanding and experience from the logistics industry, project management methodologies, regulatory environment within the region and importantly have a strong personal network. You will work closely with internal commercial, operational and financial functions to ensure success and growth.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Lead the commercial development, responsible for the regional expansion of the logistics business.
- Contribute to the regional logistics strategy development and execution.
- Ensures that assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting business objectives.
- Lead & contribute to feasibility analysis, market studies & commercial due diligence of assigned projects.
- Develop market mapping & go-to market strategy for new businesses.
- Lead the business plan development of new businesses.
- Identifies, analyses, mitigates, documents, and controls project risks. Provides effective and regular communication within the project team, stakeholders, sponsors, and management.
- Identifies resource needs for the project and establishes roles, expectations, and goals with team members.

**FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS**:

- PMO Clients, Traders / Forwarding Identifying new business opportunities and market condition updates.
- Regularly Operations Department, Logistics Centre Discuss performance in relation to the commitments made to the customers. Where needed drive improve.

**GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY**:

- Act as an ambassador for the company at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviors in harmony with the company’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following company’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies
- Ensure to eliminate/reduce the chance or risks of any type of incident/injury/fatality and damage to company/customer property and environment by guiding operations team and third party staff to follow HSE rules and regulations, report incidents and non-conformances and take immediate corrective actions.
- Ensure commitments and compliance to Information Security Policies in terms of implementation and monitoring of Information Security Management system in your department in line with the Information Security Regulation (ISR) policy.

**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**:

- ** Essential Qualification**:University Graduate / Bachelors in Business Administration
- ** Desirable Qualification**:Masters in Business Administration
- ** Work Experience**:

- 10+ years of regional logistics experience within commercial and/or development roles
- Experience in negotiating complex deals & structures
- PMO experience
- Experience in building and leading high-performing cross - functional team
- Travel friendly within the region
- Technical skills required to perform the role:
