Painter- Fm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, and prime surfaces before painting, ensuring smooth and even coverage.
- Color Matching: Mix paints to achieve the required color and finish, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Touch-ups & Maintenance: Perform touch-ups and maintenance on painted surfaces, addressing chips, scratches, and wear.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of chemicals and tools.
- Tool & Material Management: Maintain tools, equipment, and paint inventory. Clean and store them properly after use.
- Quality Control: Ensure high-quality workmanship by inspecting finished areas for any defects or imperfections.
- Additional Tasks: Provide support for other teams as needed, including material shifting, cleaning tasks, and other maintenance duties based on work conditions.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a painter, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Ability to work with a variety of materials including wood, steel, and drywall.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure a high standard of finish.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and proper handling of tools and chemicals.
- Flexible and adaptable to assist with other maintenance tasks as needed.
