Ethicon Sales Manager

Johnson and Johnson Medical Device Companies is recruiting for an **Ethicon Sales Manager** (located in **Dubai, United Arab Emirates **).
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**The Sales Manager will be responsible for**:
- Building long lasting relationships with customers such as surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Actively looking for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
- Developing perfect Product knowledge around device handling, procedural use, and troubleshooting.
- Providing input for the development of products and anticipating a customer need/solution approach.
- Implementing and tracking country marketing objectives to achieve maximum sales and profit.
- Achieving company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
- Hiring, training, motivating, and advising a team of sales representatives.
- Coaching and mentoring subordinates and appraises subordinate performance.
- Communicating and tracking short
- and long-range sales and marketing plans.
- Managing the month-end and year-end close processes.
- 5+ years industry sales experience, preferably in Medical Devices companies.
- 0-2 years of people management experience is a big plus.
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skill
- Strong leadership ability
- Proficient in English (Arabic is beneficial)
