**2. Safety and Compliance**:

- Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for work crews to promote safety awareness and practices.

**3. Project Execution**:

- Oversee project execution, ensuring that work is carried out according to specifications, plans, and established standards.
- Address any unforeseen issues or challenges that may arise during project implementation, making decisions to ensure mínimal disruption.

**4. Communication**:

- Act as a point of contact between project managers, clients, and work crews, relaying information and updates effectively.
- Provide regular updates to project managers on project progress, challenges, and potential solutions.

**5. Equipment and Resources**:

- Coordinate the availability and maintenance of equipment and materials required for project tasks.
- Ensure proper utilization of tools and equipment, maximizing their efficiency and longevity.

**6. Quality Control**:

- Implement quality control measures to ensure the delivery of work that meets or exceeds company and industry standards.
- Conduct inspections and audits to identify and rectify any deviations from required quality levels.

**7. Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of work crew attendance, project activities, and other relevant documentation.
- Prepare reports and documentation for project managers and management as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Foreman or similar role within the transporting and contracting industry.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, construction practices, and project execution.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to make effective decisions under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for communication and documentation.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant certifications or training in construction management or related fields is a plus.

**UAE Driving License required.**
