**Electrical Supervisor (Villa Experience)**

**Responsibilities**:
**Electrical System Oversight**:

- Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems within residential villas.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and local regulations.

**Team Leadership**:

- Lead and manage a team of electricians and support staff.
- Provide training and guidance to enhance the team's skills and efficiency.

**Project Management**:

- Plan and execute electrical projects for villa properties, including renovations and upgrades.
- Coordinate with other departments and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution.

**Preventive Maintenance**:

- Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems in villas.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.

**Emergency Response**:

- Develop and implement emergency response procedures for electrical issues.
- Coordinate with relevant personnel to address and resolve electrical emergencies promptly.

**Vendor and Contractor Management**:

- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized electrical services.
- Evaluate contractor performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of electrical systems, repairs, and maintenance activities for each villa.
- Generate reports on the status of electrical systems and ongoing projects.

**Energy Efficiency**:

- Identify opportunities to enhance energy efficiency within villa electrical systems.
- Implement measures to reduce energy consumption without compromising functionality.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in residential electrical systems.

**Experience**:

- 3 years of experience in overseeing electrical systems in residential properties, with a focus on villas or similar upscale residences.

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of residential electrical systems.
- Familiarity with home automation systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently.

**Certifications**:

- Electrician License or equivalent certification.
- Certifications in home automation or smart home technologies (if applicable).

**Safety Focus**:

- Commitment to safety protocols and practices in residential settings.

**Customer Service Orientation**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with villa residents and addressing their concerns.

**Adaptability**:

- Ability to adapt to the specific requirements and unique challenges of the villa environment.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
