**Role and Responsibilities**

**Requirement Gathering and Analysis**:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, pain points, and objectives.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to gather and document business process flows, data requirements, and functional specifications.

**Solution Design and Configuration**:

- Design and architect Oracle Fusion solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices.
- Define and implement system configurations, workflows, security, and approval hierarchies.

**Technical Development and Customization**:

- Develop customizations and extensions using Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies, such as ADF, SOA, and ODI.
- Write SQL and PL/SQL scripts to extract, transform, and load data as part of data migration activities.

**Testing and Quality Assurance**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the accuracy and reliability of Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing, identify defects, and collaborate with the development team to resolve issues.
- Conduct end-to-end testing of business processes and provide recommendations for improvement.

**User Training and Support**:

- Provide ongoing support to end-users, address their questions and issues, and ensure their successful adoption of the system.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve any production issues and perform system maintenance and upgrades.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Implementations and development.

**Preferred Skills**:
Following are the desired skills.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, modules, and business processes.
- Proficient in Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies, such as ADF, SOA, and ODI.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Basic Knowledge of:

- System Integration

**Additional Notes**:
Oracle certifications, such as Oracle Fusion Applications Certified Implementation Specialist, are a plus.
