We are looking for a competent (Carpentry Production Supervisor)

Organize and supervise the assigned workers and individual personnel engaged in the construction and installation of carpentry projects

Assign ,train, and instruct personnel in the proper performance of duties, safe and efficient work methods and practices.

Plan construction, installation, alteration, repair, and maintenance work in a variety of

carpentry (as defined) related projects.

**⁠ ⁠**Prepare reports on work needed to be done.

⁠ ⁠Place orders for materials, parts, tools, and equipment used in work; contact vendors

for price and availability.

**⁠ ⁠**Keep records of job costs.

⁠ ⁠Supervise all phases of maintenance work to ensure health and safety precautions are

observed; hold meetings to review and instruct employees in safe work practices and

methods.

**⁠** ⁠Coordinate contract work to ensure it is performed in compliance with specifications

and meets appropriate quality standards; schedule and assign personnel to inspect

contractor provided services.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as Carpentry Production supervisor or similar role

Strong technical knowledge

Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations

Excellent planning and leadership abilities

computer skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
