**The position**
We are looking for an ambitious Marine Fire Service Manager who will be reporting to our Assistant Country Manager.

As Marine Fire Service Manager, your main roles and responsibilities will be as following:

- In the role of SM you will be responsible for the day to day operational activity management of VIKING **Marine Fire Services (MFS)** **Including, but not limited to,** **daily management, planning, operation, quality, organization and development of the service business.The SM is to ensure that all staff are up to date in terms of; important information to carry out the job, training, rules, education; VIKING policies which will enable all to perform at its best.
- The SM is responsible for running and optimizing the MFS team as per VIKING policies and implement best practices.
- The SM secures that the entire service organization are fully updated regarding new products, concepts & targets.
- SM shall personally observe applicable law and respect political, ethnical or religious conditions etc in the countries where VIKING operates and also contribute to ensuring that Company reputation is not damaged.
- In the role of SM be responsible for the execution of MFS services in countries under Middle East office territory.
- The SM shall closely corporate with all department to ensure smooth operation & will undertake operational as well as strategically tasks whenever required.

**Your profile**
You have a recognized degree in relevant fielt, AND/OR related. 2-3 years of experience in the field and thorough understanding and knowledge of Marine Fire Service.

As Marine Fire Service Manager, you must have excellent communication, interpersonal & leadership skills
