Dewatering Foreman

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage dewatering activities, including pump installation, operation, and maintenance.
- Ensure proper placement and functioning of dewatering systems, such as wells, pumps, and pipelines.
- Monitor water levels and adjust equipment as needed to ensure continuous operation.
- Coordinate with site engineers and workers to meet project timelines and requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to dewatering systems promptly.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with site regulations.
- Record and report daily activities and operational status to the project management team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Dewatering Foreman or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of dewatering equipment and techniques.
- Ability to read and understand site plans and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in challenging site conditions.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as required.
