- **Creating Order Processing Sheets**: Prepare detailed order processing sheets for the packing team, providing them with necessary information such as item details, quantities, and special instructions.
- **Overseeing Order Fulfillment**: Supervise the order fulfillment process, conducting quality checks to ensure that orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to customers.
- **Managing Goods Receipt Note (GRN) Process**: Handle the Goods Receipt Note (GRN) process, which involves verifying and documenting received shipments, ensuring that they match with purchase orders and packing lists.
- **Conducting Inventory Audits**: Regularly conduct inventory audits to assess stock levels and accuracy, particularly focusing on items needed for order fulfillment. Update inventory records accordingly.
- **Delivery Management**: Manage the delivery operation of goods. Properly plan the delivery details and share with delivery pick up team
- **Coordinating with Packing Team**: Collaborate closely with the packing team to ensure smooth and efficient order processing. Provide support, guidance, and assistance as needed to address any issues or concerns that arise during the packing process.
1.**Previous Experience in E-commerce Operations**:While not mandatory, prior experience in e-commerce operations is an advantage
2**.Proficiency in Excel Sheets**: Having knowledge of Excel spreadsheets is beneficial for creating and managing order processing sheets efficiently. Skills in data entry, sorting, and basic formulas in Excel can streamline your tasks and enhance productivity.
3.**Proficient English Speaking**: Clear and effective communication is essential in coordinating with team members, addressing customer inquiries, and accurately documenting order details.
**Salary**: From AED2,500.00 per month
