_Responsibilities_
- Handle the front office - greet and welcome all visitors, direct them to the appropriate contact person, answer, screen and forward incoming calls
- Responsible for supervising and updating office staff regarding procedures, policies or any update.
- Responsible for organizing conferences/meetings, record and prepare minutes of meetings.
- Manage other data entry and office administrative duties as assigned
- Maintain the reception area, meeting room and common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Responsible for ordering office supplies and keeping track of the inventory
- Assist the Finance and Warehouse Manager for Inventory Documentation
- Requirements_
- Bachelors/Diploma degree with a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills including ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional phone etiquette.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners and staff at all levels

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
