**Job Title: Property Consultant (Commission-Based)**

**Job Type**: Commission-Based

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Property Consultants in the dynamic real estate market of the UAE. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Acquisition**: Proactively identify and approach potential clients through various channels such as networking, referrals, and cold calling.

2. **Property Listings**: List properties for sale or rent by gathering necessary information from property owners and conducting thorough inspections to accurately assess market value.

3. **Client Consultation**: Understand clients' needs and preferences to offer suitable property options, providing guidance throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.

4. **Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and conditions between buyers and sellers to facilitate successful property transactions, ensuring the best outcome for all parties involved.

5. **Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements to provide clients with informed advice and recommendations.

6. **Documentation**: Prepare and review contracts, lease agreements, and other relevant documents to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and protect the interests of clients.

7. **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals, providing exceptional customer service at every stage of the transaction.

**Requirements**:
1. **Real Estate Experience**: Prior experience in real estate sales or property consultancy is preferred, although not mandatory.

2. **UAE Market Knowledge**: Familiarity with the real estate market trends, regulations, and popular locations in the UAE is advantageous.

3. **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, negotiate deals, and build rapport.

4. **Self-Motivation**: Self-driven individuals with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and maximizing commission earnings.

5. **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions and resolve conflicts effectively.

6. **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in using digital tools and real estate platforms for property listings, client management, and market research.

**Compensation**: This position is entirely commission-based, with no basic salary. Successful Property Consultants have the opportunity to earn lucrative commissions based on the value of properties bought, sold, or rented.
