**About The Role**:
A fantastic opportunity for a pro-active, energetic and enthusiastic Public Relations Officer to join our Dubai site situated in Dubai World Center (DWC) free zone where you will use your talents and experience to manage interactions with government authorities and provide administrative support to the office.

Our office currently hosts over 70 team members, including the back-office staff, commercial team, and sorting center operations.

Who We're Looking For:
As our operations expand, we are looking for a pro-active and experienced **Public Relations Officer** to ensure the company's and its employees' compliance with UAE regulations in a timely manner, as well as to organize and maintain the office in proper working condition.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include but not exceed**:

- Represent the company professionally in all dealings with government officials and entities,
- Manage trade license renewals, amendments, and related corporate legal requirements in coordination with the HR Manager,
- Liaise with government entities (e.g., Ministry of Labor, Immigration, RTA) for employee and company-related documentation,
- Stay updated on changes to government regulations and promptly inform the HR Manager of any impact on company operations,
- Maintain an organized record of all PRO-related documentation, ensuring deadlines are met for renewals and submissions,
- Support HR with document attestation, translations, and other administrative tasks as required,
- Assist the HR department in ensuring compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws for all employees,
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and professional workspace.

**Your KPIs will be**:

- 100% compliance with deadlines for submitting documents for licenses and permits,
- 0 penalties for non-compliance with regulatory requirements,
- Employee satisfaction with your service at 80-90%.

**Goals for the First 2 Months**:

- **Conduct a group-wide audit of licenses, permits, and other regulatory obligations. As a result**:Key performance indicators for this goal:

- a plan of actions on how to close all pending tasks
- a system for monitoring submission and renewal deadlines should be created, including requirement check lists
- resolution of identified inconsistencies in regulatory and administrative procedures, along with implementation of necessary registration changes.
- 100% compliance with deadlines for submitting documents for licenses and permits.
- 0 penalties for non-compliance with regulatory requirements.
- **Establish contact and develop relationship with key government authorities: FreeZone authorities (for example Dubai South DWC), GDRFA, Dubai Courts, RTA, etc.. As a result**:Key performance indicators for this goal:

- a knowledge base for interaction with key government bodies.
- 100% completeness of accurate data:

- about portals (with access to the company’s personal account) essential for the work of a PRO.
- about effective communication channels with each relevant government authority.
- about corporate documents and the location of their electronic storage.
- **Organize essential office processes (cleaning, supply etc..)**Key performance indicators for this goal:

- Employee satisfaction with your service at 80-90%.
