2. Provides high-level coordination, administrative support, and assistance to the heads of departments and or assigned leadership nominating staff.

3. Handling clerical, and administrative duties and coordinating with general administration within the organization.

4. Schedules and attends meetings on behalf as required, taking notes and recording minutes.

5. Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.

6. Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.

7. Performs office tasks, takes and follows instructions, and communicates accurately and effectively.

8. Perform other tasks that might be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement:
1. Bachelors Degree

2. Must have at least 2 to 3 years of experience of Decorations and Construction

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

5. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

6. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

7. Knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and record-keeping systems.

Ability to commute/relocate:
