Merchandiser - Bakery

We are currently looking for an experienced **Merchandiser - Bakery **to join our company in Abu Dhabi.

Description:

- Replenish product in the Bakery cases and displays
- Ensure code dating procedures are followed
- Ensure bread, cake, and other pastry products are properly packaged, labeled, and displayed.
- Maintain and update UPC pricing, verify and ensure product labeling are properly done
- Create attractive product displays while practicing proper product rotation.
- Engage with customers to make them feel welcome and excited about the products. Provides excellent services to all customers.
- Review production plan.
- Review and update promotion products.
- Execute production using established guidelines and standards.
- Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations
- Ensures everything is fresh and the display is full
- Minimum High School Graduate
- 3 - 5 years of retail experience
- Excellent oral and verbal communication skill
- Knowledge of food safety
- Maintain excellent standard of self-hygiene including proper and clean uniform and appearance with the mandatory
