**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.
- Mix paints and other materials to achieve the desired color and consistency.
- Create decorative finishes and textures as required, such as stenciling, marbling, and faux finishes.
- Fill cracks, holes, and joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers to create a smooth and even surface.
- Protect surrounding areas and furniture from paint splatters and drips.
- Ensure proper ventilation and safety measures are in place during painting tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Evaluate surfaces for needed repairs and report any issues to supervisors.
- Coordinate with clients, interior designers, and contractors to ensure the desired outcomes are achieved.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new techniques, and products in the field of painting and finishing.
- Complete projects within specified timelines and budgets.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Wall Painter or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of various painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Proficiency in mixing and matching paint colors.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for color and design.
- Physical dexterity and stamina to work on ladders, scaffolding, and in various positions for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Knowledge of safety practices and procedures when working with paints and chemicals.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating paint quantities.
- Portfolio showcasing previous painting projects is a plus.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Vocational training or apprenticeship in painting is advantageous.
- Previous experience as a professional painter is preferred.

**Physical Requirements**:

- The ability to lift and carry heavy paint cans and equipment.
- Comfort working in varying weather conditions when painting exterior surfaces.
- Flexibility to bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
