CRM Implementor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and configure Bitrix24 CRM according to business requirements.
- Customize and optimize CRM features, including lead management, sales pipelines, automation, and reporting.
- Provide training and support to employees on how to use Bitrix24 effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM functionality and system performance.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation on processes, workflows, and system changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM meets business needs and improves overall efficiency.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience implementing and managing Bitrix24 CRM.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and business processes.
- Experience with CRM customization, workflow automation, and third-party integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and training abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in similar CRM platforms is a plus.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
