An edible oil company is looking to hire a QC Chemist to perform analysis of refined oil

1. Perform the proper analysis for procured crude and RBD oils, in-process oil from feed till output from the Deodorizer, and refined oils (FFA, Color, PV, IV, and MIV) as per the set plans, and recommend actions corresponding to the analysis results, whether to accept or reject or further processing is needed.

2. Analyze retrieved oil from ship or tankers and issue a Certificate of Analysis.

3. Analyze oil samples received from Refinery as requested.

4. Issue batch number and certificates of analysis.

5. Monitor production run and raise any noticeable change or diversion in the process.

6. Perform fry test for returned products as requested by supervisor or department manager.

7. Prepare oil samples and issue certificate of analysis requested by Business Development and approved by department manager.

8. Analyze shelf life samples and compile monthly reports.

9. Perform water boiler analysis.

10. Maintain the stock records of chemicals and laboratory glassware.

11.Assist other chemists in the analysis of oil in different stages as directed

**Education** - Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Chemical Science

**Training & Certifications** - GMP, GLP, HACCP, FSMS

**Experience** - Must have 2 yrs of experience in edible oil laboratory

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

License/Certification:

- HACCP & FSMS certification? (required)
