**3* STAR HOTEL URGENT HIRING FOR SPA MASSEUSE**:
We are seeking a skilled **Spa Masseuse** to oversee and manage all massages in accordance with the hotel's operational and treatment standards-related activities, as well as for the guests' safety in the massage room.

The **main duties and responsibilities**of this role:

- Schedule guest appointments.
- Maintain positive guest relations at all times and maintain client details and confidentiality.
- Be familiar with all hotel/spa packages, promotions, prices, and rates.
- Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications like any allergies, high blood pressure, and pregnancy before beginning the service.
- Set up and organize workstation with designated supplies, forms, and resource materials; report shortages to supervisor.
- Monitor stock levels of oils and creams and ensure that par stock levels are maintained at all times.
- Maintains spa and treatment room appearance and cleanliness according to standard operating procedures.

The following are **qualifications** for a **Spa Masseuse**:

- Must have a High school diploma. Diploma or degree in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a masseuse in the **hospitality industry**in the UAE.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- With knowledge of Basic Computer skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude.
- Flexible and a team player and able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
