We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented accountant to manage and oversee financial operations, ensuring smooth financial processes and compliance with regulatory requirements across our businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
General Ledger Management:
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external financial regulations.

Accounts Payable/Receivable:
Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and collections for car rental operations and other group entities. Ensure timely payment to vendors and timely collection from customers.

Bank Reconciliation:
Prepare and review monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring discrepancies are addressed and resolved.

Financial Reporting And Payment Collection:
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports for the car rental division and other group entities.

VAT Compliance:
Ensure compliance with VAT regulations, including the preparation and filing of VAT returns.

Cost and Expense Management:
Monitor and report on costs related to the car rental fleet and other businesses within the group, optimizing efficiency and profitability.

Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in developing budgets and forecasts, providing financial insights to support business decisions.

Audit Preparation:
Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring financial records are in order and supporting documents are readily available.

Inventory Management:
Manage and track inventory costs, particularly for car rental assets, ensuring accurate valuation and accounting of fleet assets.

Taxation:
Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including income tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes, in compliance with local laws and regulations.

Cash Flow Management:
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs across the group of companies.

Payroll Processing:
Oversee payroll for employees, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, and tax withholdings.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

**Experience**:
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books, or other ERP systems. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) are required.

Knowledge of Standards:
Strong understanding of accounting principles, including IFRS, GAAP, and local tax regulations.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly and concisely to senior management.

Attention to Detail:
Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all financial reporting.
