**Maximum Salary**: Up to 6,000 AED

The Butler will be responsible for providing personalized and efficient service to ensure the smooth operation of a private household in Abu Dhabi. This role involves managing household staff, coordinating events, and attending to the needs of the residents with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Household Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operation of the household, including supervising domestic staff, managing schedules, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- **Guest Services**: Provide exemplary guest services to residents and visitors, including greeting guests, arranging accommodations, coordinating transportation, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay.
- **Personal Assistance**: Assist residents with various personal tasks and errands, such as coordinating appointments, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
- **Event Planning**: Plan and execute special events, dinners, parties, and gatherings hosted at the residence, including menu planning, coordinating vendors, managing guest lists, and ensuring smooth execution of events.
- **Fine Dining Service**: Provide formal table service during meals, including serving food and beverages, attending to guests needs, and ensuring proper etiquette and protocol are observed at all times.
- **Housekeeping Supervision**: Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the residence at all times.
- **Wardrobe Management**: Manage residents wardrobes, including clothing care, organization, and maintenance, as well as coordinating laundry, dry cleaning, and wardrobe inventory.
- **Security and Safety**: Ensure the security and safety of the residence and its occupants by implementing appropriate security measures, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding promptly to any security concerns or emergencies.
- **Maintenance Coordination**: Coordinate regular maintenance and repairs of the residence, including liaising with contractors, scheduling appointments, and overseeing the completion of work to ensure the property is well-maintained.
- **Confidentiality and Discretion**: Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all matters relating to the residents privacy, personal affairs, and household operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working as a butler or in a similar role in a private household or luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong organizational and managerial skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Knowledge of formal etiquette, protocol, and fine dining service standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United Arab Emirates.
