**Site Supervisor Responsibilities**:

- Must be able to read and understand drawings.
- Must understand material finishes and material requirements.
- Material and manpower planning and management.
- Should be able to perform setting-out plans on site as per approved drawings and instructions from Project Engineer/Project Manager.
- Should be able to independently handle sites.
- Should have past experience of executing commercial projects such as restaurants, villas, hospital rooms, stores, offices, etc.
- Should have fair knowledge of electrical and MEP works.
- Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports and submit to Project Engineer/Project Manager.
- Coordinating with the concerned Project Engineer/Project Manager to deliver the planning services in the required quality, time and within the budget.
- Developing detailed project schedules with resource and cost loading and ensure consistency with contract document (Condition of Contract, Specification, Bill of Quantities, Drawings).
- Having Knowledge of DCD and DM inspection procedures.
- Prepare and conduct Inspections with Clients, Consultants and municipality engineers for structural inspections.
- Consulting with client and supervisors as well as management to ensure and execute deadlines and plans.
- Preparation of quantity of material required for each stage of project.
- Plan and organize resources in advance for the assigned site by daily preparation of labor schedule.
- Ensure health and safety measures are strictly followed at the site.
- Represent the company in all project meetings.
- Coordination between client, site, sub-contractors & suppliers. Negotiation of prices with subcontractors & suppliers and various project stakeholders.
- Quality control of work done at the site.
- Enforce rules, regulations, and procedures at the site.
- Observe the skills, attitude, attendance, etc. of the workforce and rate them monthly to improve their performance at the site.
- Close out and hand over the project.

**Site Supervisor Requirements**:

- Must have minimum 5 years of experience in U.A.E.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, civil engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working as a site supervisor.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
