Job Overview:
The Chilled Water Foreman supervises the installation, maintenance, and repair of chilled water systems. This role involves coordinating with project managers, overseeing a team of technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining high-quality standards in all operations.

Key Responsibilities:
**Supervision and Management**:

- Lead and supervise a team of chilled water technicians and installers.
- Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Monitor the work quality and performance of the team.

**Installation and Maintenance**:

- Oversee the installation of chilled water systems, including piping, pumps, chillers, and associated components.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to chilled water systems.

**Project Coordination**:

- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Prepare and review blueprints, plans, and specifications for chilled water installations.
- Order necessary materials and ensure they are available on-site when needed.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Conduct regular safety training and meetings with the team.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of work performed, including maintenance logs and installation reports.
- Provide regular updates and reports to project managers and other stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing project estimates and budgets.

**Customer Service**:

- Address client concerns and provide solutions to any issues that arise.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality work and maintaining professional conduct.

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
