Private Cook

**Job description**

Looking to hire an experienced Cook for a VIP Emirati family based in Sharjah. Must have experience working in a restaurant as a cook/chef. Must know how to prepare beautiful, healthy meals, mainly Arabic/Indian/Asian dishes.
- 5 years of culinary experience in a Hotel / Reputed restaurant.
- Have excellent hygiene awareness.
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- To create a meal plan according to the requirements of the family members.
- To do the shopping for all the required ingredients for the approved meal plan.
- To ensure that the quality levels of kitchen production and presentation are maintained at their highest levels at all times.
- To ensure that the kitchen and working areas are thoroughly clean at all times
- To conduct regular checks on all food products for any expired items.
- To ensure that equipment is cleaned, when necessary or according to their schedules.
- To maintain the highest level of personal hygiene and grooming at all times,
- To ensure all tasks assigned are completed on time.

**Salary and Benefits**

Salary range AED 2500/- to 3500/-pm plus accommodation and food.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
