**Job Requirements**
- Design and deliver multi-channel campaigns and campaigns measurement
- Design and execute performance test and A/B tests to ensure campaigns are optimized
- Implement changes to optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions, analysing customer behaviour, preferences, and engagement patterns to improve decision-making.
- Support CRM strategy and Establish rules for customer interactions, ensuring consistent and personalized communication. These rules guide when, how, and through which channels customers receive messages.
- Build customer segments and audiences to target the right customers.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to align strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.

**Preferred Requirements**
- Graduate / Postgraduate degree / Engineering from a reputed university.
- Over 4 years of experience in Designing, building and executing campaigns.
- Knowledge of basic concepts and capabilities of programming; ability to use tools, techniques and platforms in order to write and modify.
- Query and Database Access Tools: Knowledge of data management systems; ability to use, support and access facilities for searching, extracting and formatting data for further use.
