As a Product Manager for our Partner API team (Hotels), you will lead a growing team to deliver travel solutions for large partners and optimize the sales of our Partner API product. The role will manage the Hotels API product and the Client Support team who are responsible to support and optimize customers using the product.

We’re looking for a talented Product Manager to help drive the strategy, planning, delivery, marketing and in-life optimization of the Hotels API product. The Product Manager is responsible for understanding the needs of the customer - what are the biggest problems/opportunities and the outcomes required to deliver value - providing leadership and shaping the product vision to ensure the products supports Seera’s strategy and goals. Our Product Owners represent the "voice of the customer" in collaboration with the delivery team and ensure everyone is aware of what we need and why. You will actively manage new product features and manage existing client optimization to ensure what is delivered meets the business needs, helping to define what success looks like in terms of measurable outcomes. - and post-launch to foster strong adoption of products, defining and measuring progress and value towards our goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will lead the performance, optimization and implementation of new or existing products of all our customer integrations, contributing significantly to customer revenue generation and customer value proposition.
- Manage the product and technical aspects of Seera Group’s relationship with strategic, enterprise partners partnering with Commercial Account Managers to serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers.
- Demonstrate compelling rationale while explaining ideas to gain support to resolve issues and effectively influence others considering the situation from the point of view of the other party to identify a common ground, elegantly move out of deadlock situations and achieve favorable outcomes in each negotiation
- Contribute to feature roadmap and prioritization working across Hotel Platform product and technology teams. Conversely, extend the usage of product capabilities to grow the travel business through existing partnerships
- Build productive relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive feature delivery by supporting new partnership opportunities, from technical sales consultation to new partner implementations
- Envision and own products and services that support our business strategy and our partners and their needs, acting as their advocate within your team and the company
- Data driven - Develop key performance indicators and feedback loops to measure the success of new and existing products, and proactively takes action to remediate, and propose new business opportunities
- Decision making - Develop robust frameworks to assess opportunities, test hypothesis and facilitate decision making about product features and prioritization
- Socialize and coordinate planning, updates and communications with leadership, and other product partners
- Be close to the competition and understand our competitors’ strategies and product features

**Requirements**:

- API support/management experience. B2B technical support experience is highly desired.
- Experience with an API Testing tool (ie. POSTMAN, SoapUI)
- Good communication and analytical skills, including data analysis
- Excellent English skills both written and spoken
- Ability to clearly explain technical steps to a non-tech audience.
- Advanced with Microsoft Office Suite of Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Exposure to Web Services standards and technologies (e.g. XML, JSON, non-technical)
- Solution oriented and result driven
- Proactive, flexible and capable of working independently as well as working in a team
- Customer-oriented mindset with demonstrated understanding and empathy.
- Comfortable with processes and repetition.
