**Job overview**:
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and dynamic **English Teacher** to join our thriving school community. As part of our academic team, you will inspire students with engaging instruction, foster a love for literature, and develop critical thinking and communication skills. You will play an essential role in helping students achieve academic excellence while fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Curriculum Design & Delivery**: Design and deliver engaging lesson plans in English, tailored to the needs of students at various levels, following both national and international curricula.
- ** Instruction**: Provide high-quality instruction in English literature, language arts, grammar, and composition, utilizing a variety of teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- ** Assessment & Feedback**: Use formative and summative assessment strategies to track student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust teaching methods to ensure continuous improvement.
- ** Student Engagement**: Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and independent learning.
- ** Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with fellow English department members and other staff members on cross-curricular projects and interdisciplinary initiatives.
- ** Parental Communication**: Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress, challenges, and achievements.
- ** Professional Development**: Participate in ongoing professional development to keep up-to-date with best practices in teaching and English curriculum trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- A teaching qualification or diploma in education (e.g., PGCE, teaching certification).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience, preferably within international or British curricula.
- Proven expertise in teaching English at the secondary school level, including language arts, literature, and writing.
- Strong knowledge of assessment strategies and the ability to adapt instruction to meet individual student needs.
- Proficiency in English (native level or British English speakers preferred).
