Job Title: Fabricator (3D Printing and Architectural Model Making)

Location: Abu Dhabi ( UNITED ARAB EMIRATES )

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team.

Position Overview:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Material Selection and Preparation**:
Evaluate and select appropriate materials for 3D printing and model making based on project requirements.

Prepare materials for fabrication, including mixing, casting, and assembling components.
- **Model Assembly and Finishing**:
Interpret architectural drawings, renderings, and CAD files to produce accurate and visually compelling models that meet client specifications.

Assemble architectural models with precision, ensuring accuracy in accordance with design specifications.

Implement finishing techniques such as sanding, painting, and detailing to achieve a polished final product.

Implement best practices for post-processing, finishing, and assembly of architectural models, ensuring a flawless end product.
- **Collaboration with Design Teams**:
Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to understand design intent and requirements.

Provide insights and recommendations on fabrication techniques and material selection to enhance the overall quality of models.
- **Quality Control**:
Conduct thorough quality checks on completed models to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project specifications.

Troubleshoot and address any issues or defects in the fabrication process.
- **Technological Advancements**:
Stay informed about the latest advancements in 3D printing and model-making technologies.

Recommend and implement improvements in fabrication processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in architecture, industrial design, engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software and digital modeling tools.
- Strong understanding of materials commonly used in architectural model making, such as plastics, resins, and composites.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Prior experience in a fabrication or manufacturing role is preferred.
