We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to drive the design efforts for our digital products. The Senior UX/UI Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences across multiple platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the UX/UI design process from concept to execution.
  • Develop informational architecture flows create user personas customer journey maps and other UX documentation.
  • Design wireframes prototypes and highfidelity mockups.
  • Create wireframes storyboards user flows process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Interpret and translate wireframes into tangible and compelling experiences.
  • Expertise in creating comprehensive design systems including reusable component libraries to streamline design processes and implementing nested component architectures for modular design and customization.
  • Collaborated closely with development teams for seamless integration of design components.
  • Create documentation and guidelines for effective usage of design system components.
  • Ability to be both handson and provide clear direction to others.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure design consistency and usability.
  • Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX research methodologies and tools.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous work experience and design projects
  • Understanding of responsive design principles and mobilefirst design
