Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Toolpusher on land rigs in the oil and gas industry.
  • A valid Well Control certification.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in deep drilling, with 3000HP deep drilling experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to hazard identification and mitigation.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and on a rotational schedule as needed.
