· Organising the classroom, learning resources and creating displays to encourage a positive learning environment and support the development of the Mamoura British Academy USP in this area.

· Planning, preparing and presenting lessons that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within the class.

· Providing support and interventions for students with EAL or who have additional learning needs.

· Motivating pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative presentation.

· Evidencing children’s work and learning in line with the Mamoura British Academy Marking and Feedback policy.

· Being reflective of lessons taught and student progress, and adjusting planning, curriculum and continuous provision to reflect this.

· Meeting with other professionals such as speech and language therapists, occupational therapists and educational psychologists, if required.
