Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist die rechte Hand unseres gro artigen Produktentwicklungsteams und tr gst dadurch ma geblich dazu bei, dass unser Team effizient und voller Elan seiner Aufgabe nachgehen kann die besten Sport Nutrition und Supplement Produkte Europas zu entwickeln
  • Du unterst tzt das Team aktiv in organisatorischen und administrativen Belangen, bspw. Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings, Organisation von Laborbedarf (Lebensmittel, Ausstattung), Managen von Samples und Paketen
  • Vorbereitung und Dokumentation von Verkostungen
  • Du bist f r das B ro- bzw. Labor Management zust ndig. Hierzu geh ren die B ro- und Labor-Ordnung, anfallende Ad-hoc Aufgaben oder Unterst tzung bei kleineren Projekten
  • Du unterst tzt das Team bei der Organisation und Koordination von Team Meetings und Events wie bspw. Messebesuche. Durch dein Organisationstalent sorgst du f r einen reibungslosen Ablauf von Dienstreisen

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufm nnische Ausbildung oder ein wirtschaftliches Studium absolviert und bereits erste Berufserfahrungen sammeln k nnen
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent und Kollegen k nnen sich auf deine gewissenhafte, sorgf ltige Arbeitsweise, deine Loyalit t und Diskretion verlassen
  • Du hast Spa am Organisieren und Kommunizieren von operativen Themen. Durch deine aufgeschlossene und motivierte Art sorgst du gerne daf r, dass deine Kollegen effizient arbeiten k nnen
