    • Document nonconformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

  3. Quality Assurance:

    • Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
    • Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with approved quality plans and standards.
    • Coordinate with project teams to ensure quality requirements are understood and met.

  4. Compliance and Regulations:

    • Ensure compliance with local and international construction regulations and standards.
    • Monitor and enforce adherence to health safety and environmental regulations.

  5. Coordination and Communication:

    • Liaise with contractors subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality requirements are met.
    • Work closely with the project management team to resolve any qualityrelated issues.
    • Provide training and guidance to construction personnel on quality control standards and procedures.


RequirementsEducation: Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 35 years of experience in QA/QC inspection in the construction industry preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in quality management (e.g. ISO 9001) are advantageous.
