Job Title: Senior Mathematics Teacher (IGCSE Experience)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly accomplished Senior Mathematics Teacher with specialized expertise in delivering the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) curriculum. Responsibilities:

Curriculum Leadership:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive mathematics lessons tailored for IGCSE students.
  • Utilize innovative and engaging pedagogical approaches to foster a profound interest in the subject matter.
  • Adapt teaching methodologies and materials to accommodate the diverse learning needs of our student body.

Assessment and Progress Monitoring:

  • Formulate and implement robust assessment strategies including examinations and assignments to assess student progress.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance facilitating continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of student grades and attendance with meticulous attention to detail.

Classroom Leadership:

  • Cultivate a conducive learning environment characterized by discipline respect and academic rigor.
  • Foster a culture of intellectual curiosity and critical thinking among students through engaging classroom interactions.

Professional Development:

  • Pursue continuous professional growth through participation in relevant training workshops and educational forums.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in mathematics education to enhance instructional efficacy.

Communication and Collaboration:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field; preference given to candidates holding a master's degree in education or mathematics. Teaching certification ideally specializing in Mathematics or Science education. Proven track record of successful teaching experience within the IGCSE curriculum framework. Exceptional classroom management skills and the ability to foster positive studentteacher dynamics. Genuine passion for education and a steadfast commitment to nurturing the holistic development of students. Proficiency in educational technology tools and a willingness to integrate them into the teachinglearning process.
