- Missions :

Prendre en charge le volet technique des avant-ventes (r ponses aux appels d offres et consultations) et participer la promotion des solutions dit es par l entreprise ;

D finir les architectures techniques des projets et produits d velopper et ce dans le respect de l esprit de plateformisation adopt par l entreprise ;

Suivre la conception technique des projets, depuis l expression des besoins jusqu la validation finale ;

Mettre en uvre et suivre les plannings hebdomadaires des ing nieurs conception et d veloppement JEE ;

Animer les r unions techniques cl s aupr s des clients internes et externes ;

Superviser les activit s des quipes techniques et intervenir dans le processus de production en cas de besoin ;

Anticiper et g rer les risques techniques li s au d veloppement des projets et produits ;

Assurer la validation technique des items propos s au niveau des sprints produits et projets ;

Revoir et valider les livrables techniques produits par les ing nieurs conception et d veloppement JEE avant livraison aux clients internes ou externes ;

Suivre r guli rement les performances des ing nieurs tude et d veloppement JEE et les coacher dans leur mont e en comp tences ;

Proposer r guli rement les am liorations de processus, outils et pratiques de nature augmenter la productivit des ing nieurs conception et d veloppement JEE ;

laborer et remonter les indicateurs d avancement et de performance relatifs la production des quipes techniques.

- Formation initiale : BAC+5 en IT ou en Management

NB : Les doubles formations sont tr s appr ci es. Id alement, une formation ding nieur en IT coupl e avec une formation en management de la relation client/des projets/des quipes


- Exp rience : Plus de 7 ann es d exp rience, dont au moins une probante dans un poste quivalent


- Savoir- tre : Une personne

Sait couter ;

P dagogue ;

A le sens du leadership.


- Savoir-faire : Une personne qui sait

Avoir une aptitude poly-disciplinaire ;

Identifier les forces, faiblesses & m canismes de fonctionnement des membres de son quipe ;

D velopper la coh sion entre les membres de son quipe.
