Research Associate

· Assess and report on the project performance.
· Setup and manage project management frameworks in ARIC.
· Prepare progress reports and presentations.
· Monitor progress of the project using project management frameworks.
· Support research activities in robotics and materials science.
· Manage technical and non-technical documentation.
· Preparing and providing documentation to ARIC project investigators and research teams
· Tracking center’s finances and managing all center-related procurement processes.
· Review all official documents issued by the center, including: papers, patents, and media articles.
· Manage communication with other departments with the university including: media and facilities management.
· Manage all administrative processes related to hiring.
· Setup collaboration channels for all activities conducted in ARIC.
· Ensure that the lab and any conducted experiments adhere to safety regulations and standards.
· Adhere to the University's information security and confidentiality policies and procedures, and report breaches or other security risks accordingly.
· Perform any other tasks assigned by the Line Managers
Candidate Profile
Essential Criteria
· Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in engineering related disciplines
· Experience with Microsoft Office
