About the opportunity


Role Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their creativity through strategic thinking technical skills and ability to deliver impactful designs across various mediums. The Senior Graphic Designer will play a key role in developing creative concepts creating design assets and ensuring consistency with our brand identity. Having proficiency in motion design would greatly enhance the qualifications of candidates for this position.


Whats on your plate


  • Own the design process from concept to completion for various projects including branding marketing collateral digital assets and more.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand project requirements objectives and target audience.

  • Develop creative concepts layouts and designs that effectively communicate the desired message and reflect the companys brand identity.

  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

  • Stay updated on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.

  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in branding across all platforms.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.

  • Coordinate with external resources as needed to facilitate project execution.


What you need to be successful


What did we order


  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on branding creative campaigns marketing and digital design.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects) and other design software.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative concepts and design projects.

  • Excellent understanding of typography color theory layout and composition.

  • Exceptional retouching and photo manipulation skills.

  • Ability to think creatively solve problems and translate ideas into compelling visual designs.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment and mentoring junior designers.

  • Advanced motion design skills will be a big plus.

  • Illustration and sketching skills will be a plus.
