ITP Live is ITP Media Group s influencer marketing and talent agency representing a growing pool of regional and global social media influencers. ITP Live has swiftly grown to become the largest regional talent agency and has established itself as the authoritative voice for social media in the region with its expert leading social media and influencer marketing content portal.

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Events Intern to join our team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain handson experience in event planning and execution. The ideal candidate will assist our events team in organizing and coordinating various events including but not limited to corporate events conferences and social gatherings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in pursuing a career in events management to gain valuable experience in a fastpaced environment.


Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of events from conception to completion
Research and contact vendors and suppliers
Assist with venue selection catering and event logistics
Coordinate with speakers guests and sponsors
Assist in creating event marketing materials
Provide onsite support during events
Assist in postevent evaluation and reporting

Requirements

Currently enrolled/recent graduate in a relevant degree program (Hospitality Management Event Planning Marketing Communications etc.)

Strong organizational and timemanagement skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work well in a team environment

Detailoriented with the ability to multitask

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Previous experience in events or hospitality is a plus


Duration: 3 months

Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and inspire a team of writers, reporters, and contributors to produce high-quality content for digital and print platforms. Develop and execute an effective content strategy that aligns with the brand\'s objectives and resonates with our target audience. Plan, assign, write, and edit articles, features, and daily online news stories, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to the brand\'s editorial standards. Stay updated on industry trends, news, and developments to ensure the brand\'s content remains timely and relevant. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including industry experts and partners, to enhance content quality and coverage. Ensure the timely publication of content across various platforms, including the brand\'s website, social media channels, and print publications. Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and professional growth. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field. A minimum of five years of editorial experience, prior experience in B2B publishing is preferred. Required Skills: Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills. Strong editorial skills including editing, proofreading, and fact checking. Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics. Excellent organisational and project management skills. Proficient in using editorial software and tools. Strong knowledge of digital publishing platforms, content management systems, and SEO best practices. Paywall experience. Project budget management skills. Desirable Attributes: Passionate about the GCC technology market. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills. Knowledgeable about the latest trends in the travel industry. Energetic, self-motivated, and results driven. International roaster of travel writers and photographers.
