HR-Spezialist:in Entgeltabrechnung (m/w/d) in Moosburg, bei Freising und Landshut, Gro raum M nchen

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Eigenverantwortliche und termingerechte Durchf hrung der Entgeltabrechnung unter Beachtung tariflicher, betrieblicher,
    arbeits-, steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlicher Bestimmungen f r einen definierten Mitarbeiterkreis
  • Pr fung und Umsetzung aller abrechnungsrelevanten Sachverhalte unter Ber cksichtigung geltender Vorschriften
  • Schnittstelle zu Sozialversicherungstr gern, mtern und Beh rden inkl. des Melde- und Bescheinigungswesens
  • Ansprechpartner f r Mitarbeitende und F hrungskr fte bei allen personaladministrativen Fragestellungen
  • Pflege der Personalakten sowie Bearbeitung der systemseitigen Datenpflege im Abrechnungs- und Zeitwirtschaftssystem
  • Umsetzung von Personalma nahmen entlang des gesamten Mitarbeiter-Lebenszyklus
  • Erstellung von bedarfsbezogenen Auswertungen, Personalstatistiken, Reports

Ihr Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufm nnische Berufsausbildung sowie Weiterbildung zum/zur Personalfach-kaufmann/-frau
    oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Entgeltabrechnung/Personalverwaltung eines produzierenden Unternehmens
  • Sicherheit im Umgang mit dem Tarifvertrag der bayerischen Metall- und Elektroindustrie
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office sowie einer HR-Software/Sage HR Suite w nschenswert
  • Dienstleistungsorientierung mit hohem Qualit tsanspruch
