In this role, you will help develop the skills and knowledge of our Brand Representatives through engaging training sessions, in-store coaching, and brand storytelling. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that our retail teams provide an exceptional customer experience. What you'll get to do

Training
Work closely with the Sell Through & Education Manager to define the training plan and support the key markets in Middle East region (mirroring commercial team).
Adapt training materials such as training manuals and tools aligned with business goals and opportunities identified in the region.
Organize and deliver both classroom, virtual trainings and in-store coaching to BRs and promoters.
Create and maintain induction trainings for new joiners to include brand storytelling, brand DNA, product knowledge, customer service and selling techniques.
Maintain records for systematic tracking, monitoring and/or coaching purposes.
Assist in any ad hoc projects as required.
Retail
Work closely with field supervisor in tracking and monitoring the BRs performance.
Maximize BAs, BRs productivity through in-store coaching.
Follow up on in-store coaching to ensure consistency of service delivery, grooming and achievement of sales goals.

Previous training experience in travel Retail/ Luxury/ Beauty/ Fragrance industry.
The ability to train in English (Arabic would be an advantage).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong understanding of the Travel Retail channel and specifically within the Middle East.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to travel up to 2 weeks out of 4 per month, in the Middle East and globally.
