We are currently seeking a Process Designer to join our Abu Dhabi team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The Process Designer plays a crucial role in developing and optimizing process designs for engineering projects. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable process solutions. The Process Designer is responsible for ensuring that designs meet project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Design and Development:
- Develop detailed process designs and flow diagrams using industry-standard software and methodologies.
- Analyze project requirements and specifications to create efficient and effective process solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs align with project goals and objectives.
Technical Analysis and Optimization:
- Conduct technical analyses to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimizations.
- Evaluate existing processes and recommend modifications to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to reduce costs and improve sustainability.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including process design reports, specifications, and calculations.
- Maintain accurate records of design changes and updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure all process designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in process design technology and industry trends.
- Implement quality assurance measures to ensure design integrity and reliability.
Project Collaboration:
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of process designs.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project plans and timelines.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders as needed.
About you:

- Diploma/Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in process design and engineering.
- Proficiency in process design software such as AutoCAD, Aspen Plus, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
