Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
Lead the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
Support decision-making through detailed financial analysis and recommendations.
Partner Relationships:
Manage and nurture relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
Collaborate with partners to align financial strategies and objectives.
Negotiate and manage financial agreements with partners where relevant.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and financial regulations.
Team Management:
Lead and manage the finance team in the Middle East region.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Ensure the team is aligned with the company's financial goals and objectives.
Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans where necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related field
Master's degree in finance, business administration (MBA), or related field (preferred)
Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or other relevant certifications
7 to 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field
Experience in strategic planning and execution
Proficiency with financial management software and ERP systems
Leadership and team management abilities
Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards
Proficiency in financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis
