Job Description

Hiring HR Assistant
Provide administrative and assistant support to HR Manager.
Maintaining employee records and updating HRMS databases.
Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Oversee and execute administrative processes within the HR department.
Managing and coordinating schedules for the HR department, including meetings and events.
Act as a liaison between the HR department and other employees.
Track employee attendance, PTO, and leaves, and assist with payroll processing and documentation.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field
2+ years of UAE experience in HR
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
