JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a Principal Process Engineer reporting directly to the Head of the Department to join our team based in UAE, Abu Dhabi.

About the mission we offer you:
As a Principal Process Engineer, you will lead the design and optimization of complex process systems, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and cost-effectiveness criteria. You will provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, drive innovation in process technologies, and collaborate with stakeholders to align project objectives with business goals. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing operational efficiency and achieving strategic outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Diploma
Languages:

English + proficiency level (Basic, Professional, Fluent)
Main skills:
Advanced knowledge of process design and optimization techniques.

Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities for stakeholder engagement and project management.
