KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Resolve customer issues and comments in a timely and satisfactory manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Deep understanding of the products, support channels, marketplaces. Developing, monitoring, writing, and updating product contents in eCommerce portals or websites; and working with product management and sales team to develop eCommerce platform.
Lead the deployment of eCommerce initiatives.
Drive innovation networks by coordinating with resellers to create fit for-channel product mixes.
Work closely with marketing to ensure successful delivery of business agenda.
Lead initiatives aimed at driving top line growth, enhancing our consumer experience, and increasing operating efficiency and/or profitability.
Create the relationship end-to-end with suppliers and customers.
Work closely internally with supply chain and marketing management to contribute to the definition of priorities and operational goals according to the brands' needs.
Regularly audit metrics to continually drive quality of the vendor experience and deliver targets.
Assist in business support based on financial analysis and reporting, to identify areas of opportunities to grow their business.
Helping grow the selection of products by managing the launch of new products and improving product discoverability.
Support driving process improvement and operational excellence within our vendor community by reducing costs, defects, and lead times, while increasing innovation.
Support the creation of 100% quality website content (product descriptions, listings, images, and videos).
Drive customer satisfaction by monitoring customer returns and evaluating how to reduce customer returns.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:
Bachelors degree in marketing, MBA, or equivalent degree.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field preferably marketing and e-commerce.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:
Job Specific:
Knowledge of e-Commerce Platforms.
Strong analytical abilities to evaluate potential clients, assess market trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions with clients.
Generic Skills:
Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Arabic is considered a plus, enabling effective communication with local stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market dynamics, identify opportunities, and propose effective strategies.
Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
