Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand the business challenges and AI needs of potential clients.
Present AI solutions, demonstrate product features, and provide clear value propositions that align with client needs.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by offering consultative solutions, explaining how AI can solve their business challenges.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.
Close deals and ensure successful handover to the implementation and customer success teams.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Stay informed about the latest AI trends, market needs, and competitor products.
Gather client feedback and market intelligence to share with the product team, helping to shape the future development of AI products.
Track and report on sales activities, progress, and performance against targets using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
What you need to succeed
3+ years in B2B sales, with a focus on selling complex, enterprise-level solutions (preferably AI, SaaS, or technology-related products).
Familiarity with AI technologies, trends, and use cases across industries like healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and retail.
Strong experience in prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing high-value deals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives.
Understanding of how AI works, including familiarity with machine learning, data analytics, natural language processing, or other relevant AI technologies.
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales activities and manage client relationships.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
