Ecom Solution is a leading provider of end-to-end business solutions, helping companies grow through expert support in e-commerce fulfillment, customer care, logistics, marketing, and account management. We're now expanding into the world of AI with an exciting new project and we're looking for driven Business Developers to be part of this journey.
About the Role:
We are hiring Business Developers on a commission basis to support the launch and growth of our new AI-powered business solution platform. You'll play a key role in identifying potential clients, pitching our innovative AI services, and securing strategic deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach new business leads
Present our AI project and full suite of business solutions to potential clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Meet or exceed sales targets
Share insights from the field to help improve our service offerings
What We're Looking For:
Experience in sales or business development (especially in tech, AI, or e-commerce)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Independent, motivated, and results-oriented mindset
Ability to understand and explain tech solutions clearly
Background in AI or SaaS sales is a plus
