We are currently seeking an Office Assistant with minimal work experience to join our team in Reef Al Fujairah City. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200 AED per month. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and management team. This includes, but is not limited to, answering phones, filing documents, preparing invoices and other documents, and organizing office supplies. Additionally, the Office Assistant will be expected to keep accurate records of all office transactions and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive material.
The ideal candidate for this role must possess strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). The successful candidate should also have basic knowledge of computer programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
