Thrifty is the leading brand in the UAE's car rental and leasing sector with the largest fleet and over 50+ rental locations. As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for a Telesales Executive.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated
Telesales
specialist in
Lead Conversion
to join our team. This role focuses on converting leads into confirmed rental bookings. You will engage with potential customers who have shown interest in our services, address their needs, and guide them through the booking process to ensure a seamless rental experience. Your success will be measured by your ability to close sales and meet conversion targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on leads and inquiries, engaging with potential customers to convert their interest into confirmed bookings.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers who have expressed interest in our car rental services.
Effectively communicate the benefits of our rental fleet, pricing options, and available promotions to maximize conversion rates.
Assess customer needs, recommend the best vehicles, and upsell additional services such as insurance, upgrades, or accessories.
Use strong sales techniques to guide customers through the booking process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.
Ensure that all customer information, booking details, and sales activities are accurately recorded in the CRM system.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's car rental services, promotions, and policies to confidently address customer questions.
Follow up on pending leads to increase conversion opportunities and prevent potential cancellations.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the lead conversion process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
About You
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
Bachelor's Degree in a related business field or equivalent.
Proven experience in telesales, lead conversion, or telemarketing (experience in car rental or travel-related industries is a plus).
Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and confident approach.
Ability to handle objections and convert leads into bookings.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads and performance.
Ability to manage multiple leads at once.
Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
