Allocation Assist Middle East, a leading healthcare company, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced consultant in Transfusion Medicine to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a consultant, you will play a vital role in the advancement and development of our organization by providing expert consultation and implementing innovative practices in transfusion medicine.
Key Responsibilities

Provide expert consultation and oversee the provision of transfusion medicine services in accordance with international best practices and guidelines.
Lead and actively participate in the development and implementation of transfusion medicine policies and protocols.
Conduct comprehensive reviews of transfusion medicine processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety.
Manage and monitor the distribution and utilization of blood and blood products.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes.
Provide education and training to healthcare staff on transfusion medicine practices.
Participate and contribute to quality improvement initiatives, research and development projects related to transfusion medicine.
Keep up to date with current trends and advancements in transfusion medicine and share knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
Requirements

Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
Board certification in Transfusion Medicine.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in transfusion medicine as a Consultant.
Experience in an international or multicultural healthcare setting is preferred.
Proficient in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proactive and result-oriented approach to work.
Familiarity with international regulatory standards for transfusion medicine.
